Lance has over 20 years of experience in technology solutions. Lance spent the first 12 years of his career working hands on with the client creating ground level solutions to some of their most complex problems. In addition to his "in the trenches" experience in the high tech consulting world, Lance brings significant leadership experience and management skills from roles in which he served as an executive. Lance spent two years as Vice President of Global Solutions at a manufacturing company. He also spent several years as Director of IS for a cutting edge software company in San Francisco. Lance leverages his extensive experience working in the high tech industry to create innovative but practical solutions that deliver tangible value. His broad perspective, coupled with strong problem solving skills, has allowed Lance to bridge the gap between the technical and business needs of his clients.
